The Bayberry By The Sea is a beach front designer furnished townhouse with all you will need for a wonderful weekend or week by the sea. We are located on beautiful 1500 yard sandy Kennebunk beach in an exclusive residential area. All of our rooms, except one, have an ocean view. We also have two 12'x 24' decks on the ocean side and a small deck with a river view.

We have three bedrooms - two with a queen size bed each and a third with one twin bed. We also have 2.5 baths (one with a shower and one with a tub/shower). We have a fully equipped kitchen and provide you with sugar, flour, coffee, tea, condiments, herbs & spices, and much more. We have cable TV, and a VCR/DVD player, a CD/tape/radio audio system, and a washer and dryer. Each room has a ceiling fan. We provide decorator linens including luxurious sheets and towels. We are smoke free. We believe you will find that we provide more for our guests than any other facility on the beach.
The Bayberry is open all year round. During June through October we rent by the week and during the off season we rent for long weekends.
We are just 35 minutes from both Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. the next town over has a train station where you can take daily trains into Boston. Kennebunk itself has many boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, golf courses, whale watches, and fine restaurants. Of course you can just relax on the deck and read one of the books we have provided or go for walks on the beach or on the many trails at a nearby nature preserve.
We are the perfect getaway for two guests or as many as five. We have parking for two cars. Our rates are for up to four guests.
