The Munson Cottage is a unique 100+ year old summer home that has been in our family for three generations. Nestled in the woods, yet only a 5-minute walk to the public beach and breakwater. Dock Square in downtown Kennebunkport is just 2 miles away. The Munson Cottage has six bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep twelve comfortably. Linens and towels are provided. There is a working fireplace in the living room, a screened in porch, a dining room, and a full kitchen with an electric stove and an antique propane cast iron stove for heat and cooking. We rent by the week for the months of July and August only as it is a summer house with no central heat. Pets are considered on a case by case basis.
