SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES - by assisting in ELDER LAW, including long-term-care and Medicaid (MaineCare) "pre-planning" and Crisis MaineCare Planning, preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and any needed conservatorships and guardianships;
VETERANS AND THEIR WIDOWS OR WIDOWERS - by planning for eligibility for Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance or related non-service-connected pension benefits; and
INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES - by developing and implementing estate plans through personalized design, assistance in funding trusts, periodic plan updates, and administration and settlement of trusts and estates.
