Joshua’s restaurant is casual fine dining in a 234 year old house on Route One in Wells. Chef/owner Joshua Mather oversees a kitchen in which everything is made from scratch from the freshly baked bread to the desserts including the ice cream. Year round there will be some vegetables from our own organic farm. With the freshest quality ingredients, classic preparations, and a commitment to service, we work to make every meal one that satisfies both the soul and the appetite.

Reservations recommended but you can always try your luck in the bar where the same great food is served without reservations. Call 646-3355
