Community Partners Inc. (CPI) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit providing residential, independent living, health care, personal/social development and vocational supports to Maine residents with developmental and multiple disabilities. Our mission is to support people with disabilities live valued lives in their communities. We currently provide services to more than 200 adults/seniors in York, Cumberland, Androscoggin and Kennebec Counties.
Our residential programs offer support to people in their own homes or apartments, and CPI-owned facilities. More than half of the residential programs are based in York County, including Licensed Assisted Living and Supported Independent Living (SIL) programs where 24/7 support is provided. Daily services include proper hygiene, safety, medication and dietary provisions, as well as community inclusion activities.
