4th Annual Wedding Expo

The Kennebunk-Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce is excited to be holding our Annual Wedding Expo at Coastal House, on Route One in Wells. The date is Sunday January 24th: Not too early but not conflicting with any holidays, football games or other shows! We have grown into an elegant show that draws a great group of brides.
ADVERTISING FOR THE SHOW
The Knot: a Bridal Blog, in which brides talk about their upcoming event and put out inquiries in regards to everything from flowers to venue. The Knot will do an email blast to all subscribers. This is a direct hit to Brides (and Grooms) to be. Check out the website, it is www.theknot.com. I have researched The Knot with other wedding show hosts and the response from this website has been amazing.
93.1: We will do a heavy campaign two weeks prior to the event. The demo is perfect for our target audience and they will have a live remote at The Coastal House from 11:30-1:30 the day of the show.
Newspaper: We will do an ad in the York County Coast Star and all The Mainely Media papers a week prior.
Miscellaneous: We will have a banner up on Rt 1 announcing the event as well as doing press releases from the Chamber Office. We will also have a large sign outside of Coastal House the day of the show!
VENDOR INFO
Set up: All tables (6ft) will be skirted this year for a more uniform look. Again admission for guests is free.
Vendors: Vendors will be supplied with a box lunch at our cost so you can keep up your strength to book all those appointments
We will be passing hors d' oeuvres and champagne to all our guests to help them get in the mood!
